Cupcake Moustache

I have spent the week trying to dry out my scrapbook area. The sucker is still wet. :(
I have sucked countless gallons of water from the carpet - thank you shop vac! I have run and emptied the dehumidifier - which I probably should have returned to the rightful owner a long time ago. Now the house stinks (unless you like the smell of must) and today I bought air fresheners. I know it is only masking the odor, but I'm okay with that.

I also decided to start demolishing the basement this week. I pulled some paneling off the wall in hopes that I could find the source of the water. No luck with that, so all I can say is at least I started it. So I guess the next step will be to empty as much of the room as possible (that part sucks) and then demolish some more.

So who knows, but there might be some major housing renovations in our near future. That part at least excites me because I hate having dark walls in a room that gets next to no sunlight.

Since I can't really get in my scrap area without putting on galoshes and a rain jacket, I don't have much to give you :( I did manage to get in there and finish up a layout I started earlier in the week. So that is what I'm sharing today...

This one is inspired by Scrap Your CRAP challenge #65 (chipboard). I've got plenty of chipboard, so I pulled some out and inked it up. I went with ink since they are at my fingertips and I didn't have to get out of the chair! LOL! Have I mentioned that I rarely wear shoes in my house - so walking around on wet carpet in bare feet sucks!

These papers are from Bo Bunny and I'm sure I've had them around for awhile. And who knows what else is on here, I have no clue where the chipboard came from.

Hope you have a great weekend, and most of all, I wish everyone a dry weekend (myself included)!
